Each class is intentionally designed around the needs, experience levels, and energy of the students present.
Each class is intentionally designed around the needs, experience levels, and energy of the students present. Drawing from a diverse background in Ashtanga, Integral Yoga, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Vinyasa, Restorative, Breathwork/Pranayama, Reiki, and meditation practices, I create experiences that are both grounded in tradition and adaptable to modern life. Beyond movement, I incorporate space for reflection, open dialogue, and Q&A, encouraging a deeper understanding of both the physical and philosophical dimensions of yoga. My teaching approach is both interfaith and international, drawing upon wisdom, traditions, and cultural perspectives from across the world and throughout history. Each session is designed as a holistic experience, cultivating strength, mobility, breath, awareness, and resilience while offering students practical tools for navigating the demands of contemporary life through a yogic lens.
