By accessing our website, booking services, or visiting Sacred Society, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Sacred Society is a wellness sanctuary and café located at 3410 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO 80211. We offer various wellness services, classes, events, and café offerings.
Bookings & Reservations
Making a Booking
- •All bookings are made through our online scheduling system (Momence)
- •Payment is required at the time of booking
- •You must be 18 years or older to book services independently
- •Booking confirmation will be sent to your email address
Cancellation Policy
- •24-hour notice - Full refund or credit for future use
- •Less than 24 hours - 50% refund or credit
- •No-show - No refund, full charge applied
- •Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other guests, with no refund for missed time.

- •All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
- •We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor
- •Prices are subject to change without notice
- •Package and membership terms are specified at the time of purchase
- •Gift certificates and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

- •Avoid strong fragrances when possible
- •Keep noise to a minimum in treatment and meditation areas
- •Clean up after yourself in shared spaces
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave who violates these guidelines or makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Memberships & Packages
- •Membership terms and benefits are specified at time of purchase
- •Memberships are non-transferable and for personal use only
- •Package sessions typically expire 3-12 months from purchase date (specified at purchase)
- •Unused sessions are non-refundable after the expiration date
- •Membership cancellation requires 30 days' written notice
Café Service
- •Menu items and availability subject to change
- •We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation
- •Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering
- •Outside food and beverages are not permitted
Events & Workshops
- •Event schedules, instructors, and content are subject to change
- •If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit
- •Minimum enrollment may be required for some events to proceed
