Just yourself! We provide yoga mats, props, and water. Wear comfortable clothing for movement classes.
Children are welcome at Sacred Society. For wellness services and classes, children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider prior to booking to ensure the service is appropriate for your child.
Yes. You can rent the Zen Garden, the Sun Studio, or the whole space for workshops, ceremonies, and gatherings.
