Come enjoy a cacao elixir specifically formulated to enhance connection and facilitate open-heartedness. Come prepared to move, laugh, connect with new people, and let your walls down with the loving support of cacao. How to properly prepare for this ceremony to maximize your transformation: Make sure it's been at least 3 hours since your last meal. Do not eat right before ceremony. Try to arrive with an empty stomach so your body can fully experience and absorb the benefits of cacao. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after ceremony. Please bring a large water bottle. I recommend drinking liquids that are very hydrating for the body like coconut water and aloe vera water. Dress in layers. Some people can experience extreme fluctuations with their body temperature when they drink cacao, so please make sure you can comfortably remove layers or stack them on if you need to. Dress in comfortable clothing that you can easily move and sit in: think athleisure, sweat pants, or oversized clothing. Bring a journal and a pen Optional: Bring a pillow if you need extra support for your head or for sitting. If you get easily distracted or want extra privacy, consider bringing an eye mask that you can wear during the guided visualization exercise. Because of the transformative nature of this particular cacao ceremony (think of it like a mini but very powerful retreat) children unfortunately will not be allowed to attend.
