Signature Practice
Lie down, breathe slowly, let crystal bowls and gongs do the work. The most-asked-about hour at the studio, and the first one most guests book.

Guided Practice
Conscious breath, guided pacing, and a room held for reflection. For the day you want something active, inward, and a little more than a class.

Weekly Rhythm
Vinyasa, restorative, yin, and slow flow on repeat. Pick two or three a week and let the practice carry you.

New here? Start with a single class so you can feel the room before you commit.

First Standard Class
Yoga, meditation, Pilates, and standard movement or breathwork classes for weekly practices you can return to.

First Premium Class
Sound baths, specialty breathwork, cacao ceremonies, longer workshops, and special events. A separate intro because these run on their own arc.
Step Two · Keep practicing
When a class clicks, this flexible pass is the easiest next step.

Reset Pass
Four points to use over 60 days. Standard classes use 1 point; red light and vibroacoustic therapy use 2 points, so you can choose the mix that fits.
Reset Pass points can be used for eligible standard classes and recovery-room sessions. Premium experiences, including sound baths, specialty breathwork, cacao, workshops, and special events, are booked individually or through eligible premium intro offers.
New to Sacred Society
Most first visits start with one of three doorways. Each is small, beginner-friendly, and guided from start to finish.
