The Process

From Inquiry to Your Date

Nothing is charged until our team has approved your request and you have accepted the agreement.

    Share your request

    Choose a room, your preferred first date and start time, and tell us what you plan to host.

  2. 02

    We review and quote

    Our team confirms fit and availability, then emails a quote with a link to review every detail.

  3. 03

    Accept and hold your date

    Read the rental agreement, accept it online, and pay the deposit. Your dates are then held on the studio calendar.

  4. 04

    Settle and arrive

    The balance is due before your event, and repeating series are invoiced monthly. Reminders come from our team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Send an inquiry with your room, first date, and what you will host. Our team reviews fit and availability and replies with a quote and a review link. Once you accept the rental agreement and pay the deposit, your date is held on the studio calendar.
Each room lists its cancellation window and late fee on its card above. Cancel before the window closes and everything you have paid is refunded; inside the window the late fee applies to that date.
Yes. The photos on this page show each room, and our team can suggest a time to preview the studio in person before you commit.
Please include setup and breakdown in the time you request. Our calendar also keeps a short buffer between bookings so the room is reset before you arrive.
Yes, you are welcome to bring additional equipment. Storage is limited, so please bring only what you need for your session.
Facilitators hosting their own sessions carry liability insurance. You can upload a certificate of insurance with your inquiry, or tell us when you expect to have it.
Yes. Choose your ideal frequency in the form. Repeating series are held as one rental and invoiced monthly.
Street parking is available, and there is a small public lot with an entrance by the US Bank. We recommend letting your guests know about parking options.
