Yoga, as we keep it.

Yoga at Sacred Society is rooted in restorative movement, breath awareness, and mindful attention. Our current schedule leans toward gentle and restorative yoga, restorative flow, yoga nidra, and somatic movement rather than high-heat studio fitness.

Our current classes lean toward restorative yoga, gentle flow, yoga nidra, and occasional vinyasa. What unites them is breath-led movement, thoughtful pacing, and teachers who offer options for the room in front of them.

Located in Denver's Highlands neighborhood, our studio offers an intimate, non-competitive environment. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning to a familiar rhythm, the live schedule can help you choose the class that fits your week.

Benefits · Vol. II

A practice that meets you.

A short list of the threads our classes weave, held at a humane pace.

Gentle movement

Expect steady, accessible movement rather than a competitive workout. Many classes move slowly enough to notice breath, sensation, and alignment.

Restorative pacing

Restorative and gentle formats use slower transitions, props, and spacious sequencing to support a quieter practice.

Yoga nidra and stillness

Yoga nidra and meditative classes offer a guided way to practice rest, body awareness, and stillness.

Somatic awareness

Several movement offerings include somatic practices that invite you to notice how the body feels before, during, and after movement.

Beginner-friendly support

Current classes are designed to be approachable, with options and modifications offered throughout.

Community & Consistency

A studio practice provides the structure, accountability, and human connection that sustain a yoga practice far beyond what solo home practice can offer.
