About this class
This 60-minute Chakra Balancing Sound Bath is designed to harmonize your energy centers and restore a sense of flow throughout the body. The experience begins with a short, guided meditation inviting you to connect with each of the seven chakras, visualizing their associated colors and gently awakening their presence within you. As you settle into stillness, crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven chakras are played with intention. Each tone resonates with a specific energy center, helping to release blockages, rebalance the system, and encourage energetic alignment. The sound waves move through the body in subtle yet powerful ways, supporting relaxation, clarity, and inner stability. Layered with complementary instruments, the sound journey deepens into a meditative state where the mind quiets and the body softens. This immersive experience creates space for energetic recalibration, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and restored. What to expect: -Guided chakra meditation with color visualization -Crystal singing bowls attuned to the 7 chakras -Gentle, immersive sound journey for energetic balance -Grounding and integration at the close No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, settle in and allow the frequencies to support your natural state of balance.
