About this class

As the leaves begin their graceful descent, surrender to the gentle rhythm of autumn and the beauty of letting go. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and grounding instruments, this immersive sound bath invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and turn inward. Like the trees releasing what they no longer need, allow yourself to soften, release, and create space for renewal. A peaceful seasonal journey into rest, reflection, and restoration—leaving you grounded, nourished, and connected to the quiet magic of autumn.
