About this class
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or just needing a pause — this Candlelight Yoga Nidra class is for you. Each Yoga Nidra class explores a different theme and intention, offering a new focus for reflection, rest, and self-connection each time you join us. By the soft glow of candlelight, we'll start by arriving in the body with the breath, then move into Yoga Nidra — a guided practice for deep rest that allows your body to fully relax while your mind softens. No experience needed — just come as you are. You'll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more at ease.

★★★★★“I've attended several events with Barbie, Catalina and other staff at Sacred Society. The level of care, intention, and detail put into each event was inspiring. Each experience was incredible and I look forward to attending future events!”Nik Casey
