About this class

Tantra teaches us that the body is a vehicle for awakening and remembrance of the true self. Rooted in the Himalayan Tantric tradition, this 60-minute journey guides you through the sacred technologies of breath (pranayama) and sound (bija mantra) to move awareness through the subtle body, purify the energy channels, and re-organize the bodymind into coherence. Each journey begins with a pranayama sequence - gentle breathwork that clears and purifies the energetic channels. Here, you move and release stagnation, tension and unprocessed stressors in the bodymind. From there, we enter the field of bija mantra. These seed syllables of the Tantric tradition are not affirmations or melodies; they are frequencies that organize to coherence. This journey may support you with: -Releasing stuck emotions and energy in the emotional body -Removing unprocessed stressors from the bodymind -Clarifying your channel so you may receive insight or download that’s most timely for you now -Tending to your spiritual heart -Opening you up to your direct knowing -Aligning your state of mind and being to right action, whatever that may mean to you now -You will leave with a sense of release, clarity, and rejuvenated calm. Open to all levels and practitioners.
