About This Class

A class held with care.

In a world that constantly demands fast reactions, finding a moment to truly land inside your body can feel like a rare luxury. When daily stress rises, our instinct is often to rush, brace, or disconnect. SomaticVinyasa offers a space to slow down and rebuild a direct line of communication with your breath. Rooted in the fluid intelligence of Vinyasa, this class weaves deliberate movement with extended holds—giving you time to explore how conscious breathing creates space through physical intensity. By holding postures longer than a standard flow, you’ll build a practical toolkit for life off the mat: learning to use your breath to navigate tension, respond rather than react, and cultivate lasting everyday resiliency. Walk away with a felt sense of grounding you can carry directly into the rest of your week.

FAQs for First-Time Guests

Considering a class with us?

I'm new. Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Your guide walks you through each step at a comfortable pace. There is no expectation to "perform." Just show up as you are.

What do I bring or wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring water. We provide everything else: mats, blankets, bolsters, and props. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in.

What about cancellations or refunds?

Free cancellation until 24 hours before class starts. After that, you can still cancel online to free your spot, but there is no refund and class credits are not returned. Booked by mistake? You can cancel for a full refund within 15 minutes of booking, as long as class has not started.

Can I book a single class?
