About this class
At the Autumn Equinox, day and night meet in perfect balance—inviting us to pause, reflect, and honor the turning of the season. In this guided group hypnosis journey, you will enter an inner autumn landscape to gather the strengths, lessons, and gifts that have ripened in your life, while connecting with the supportive wisdom of ancestors, the Earth, and any sacred presence meaningful to you. Through a gentle symbolic release ritual, you can thank and let go of an old pattern, story, or burden that has completed its purpose. You will also offer gratitude for the abundance that sustains you and receive an inner resource to carry into the quieter winter season—feeling grounded, balanced, nourished, and ready for what comes next.

★★★★★“I've attended several events with Barbie, Catalina and other staff at Sacred Society. The level of care, intention, and detail put into each event was inspiring. Each experience was incredible and I look forward to attending future events!”Nik Casey
