About this class

Gather on the eve of Samhain to honor the turning of the seasons and the sacred space between endings and beginnings. Sip ceremonial cacao as a heart-opening ritual, allowing its gentle warmth to ground you and open your inner awareness. From this space of openness, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative sound bath where the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments invite the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the spirit to awaken. This immersive evening invites you to slow down, reflect, and release what is ready to be left behind as we move into the darker half of the year. Held in a nurturing and intentional space, you are supported in reconnecting with yourself, your intuition, and the quiet wisdom within. A deeply restorative journey of reflection, release, and renewal.
