About this class

Join us for a 60-minute Restorative Sound Bath led by Christina Epps, designed for anyone seeking relaxation and renewal. During this session, you will rest comfortably as soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs create an immersive soundscape. Participants may experience a calming of the mind and body, helping to ease tension and promote a sense of well-being. The session includes gentle arrival practices, deep listening, and a soft closing to help you ground and integrate the experience. No prior experience is necessary, and all mats and props are provided. Come prepared to unwind and leave with a sense of clarity and calm.
