About this class

Somatic Breathwork is a practice to free your thinking mind and return to your feeling body. Through an active breathing process, we release and support all the things our mind wants to forget, but our body continues to remember. Following this, we consciously rewire our neural pathways to reframe thought patterns, reconnect with purpose, and access new states of vitality. This transformative practice clears stuck energy, releases stress, and regulates your nervous system, leaving you with a sense of peace, greater mental clarity, and a deeper connection to the present moment. All material provided.

★★★★★“I've attended several events with Barbie, Catalina and other staff at Sacred Society. The level of care, intention, and detail put into each event was inspiring. Each experience was incredible and I look forward to attending future events!”Nik Casey
