About this class
This is a sound bath rooted in Soma. Soma is a Sanskrit word for the body itself: not the body as an object, but the body as a living, sensing, intelligent presence. Somatic practice is the art of returning to it. Of listening inward instead of thinking outward. This class begins with somatic awareness, breath, and gentle movement to bring you back into your body before the sound bath begins. Then the crystal bowls carry you deeper. Vibration moves through the tissues, the nervous system, the places where tension quietly lives. The sound does not just wash over you. It works with the body, the soma, directly. If you have been living in your head, this is the way back. No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to arrive and be curious. You'll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more at home in yourself. All materials provided.
