FAQs for First-Time Guests
Considering a class with us?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Your guide walks you through each step at a comfortable pace. There's no expectation to "perform" — just show up as you are.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring water. We provide everything else — mats, blankets, bolsters, and props. Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before start time at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Contact us if something comes up — we're always happy to work with you.
Absolutely. All of our classes are available as drop-ins. If you'd like to make it a regular practice, ask about our memberships for savings.
