Each session includes a grounding circle, somatic movement, guided visualization, and breathwork, concluding with reflection and community activities. Designed to build skills week by week, participants explore awareness, calmness, confidence, and gratitude. Teens may leave feeling more grounded and connected, carrying newfound calm and confidence into their daily lives. No prior experience is necessary, and all activities are age-appropriate and adaptable.

FAQs for First-Time Guests

Considering a class with us?

I'm new. Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Your guide walks you through each step at a comfortable pace. There is no expectation to "perform." Just show up as you are.

What do I bring or wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring water. We provide everything else: mats, blankets, bolsters, and props. Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in.

What about cancellations or refunds?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before start time at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Contact us if something comes up. We're always happy to work with you.

Can I book a single class?

Yes. Many classes can be booked one session at a time. Class packages and memberships are coming soon; for now, check the live schedule for current options and pricing.
