You may experience a sense of calm and rejuvenation as you connect with your breath and body. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. All mats and props are provided to enhance your experience.

Considering a class with us?
I'm new. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels. Your guide walks you through each step at a comfortable pace. There is no expectation to "perform." Just show up as you are.
What do I bring or wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring water. We provide everything else: mats, blankets, bolsters, and props. Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in.
What about cancellations or refunds?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before start time at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Contact us if something comes up. We're always happy to work with you.
Can I book a single class?
Yes. Many classes can be booked one session at a time. Class packages and memberships are coming soon; for now, check the live schedule for current options and pricing.
