Holiday Gratitude + Growth: A Club Zenlings Pop-Up (Ages 9–12)

Give your kids a mindful break from the holiday rush with Club Zenlings — a modern mindfulness and movement class designed to help kids build focus, confidence, and calm in a way that feels fun and empowering.
This special Holiday Gratitude + Growth session introduces families to what Zenlings is all about: a unique blend of upbeat movement, simple breathwork, and guided reflection that helps kids manage stress, recharge their energy, and feel proud of who they are.
Each class is intentionally designed to strengthen both body and mind — teaching practical tools kids can use anywhere, anytime, while keeping the vibe light, active, and social. It’s mindfulness that feels modern — more like a cool club than a quiet class.
After class, parents are invited to stay for a meet-and-greet with instructor Greer Holloway, the founder of Zenlings, to learn more about upcoming offerings — with complimentary cacao drinks provided by Sacred Society for a cozy, feel-good holiday vibe.
What Happens in Class
Holiday Gratitude + Growth:
Arrival & Centering
We’ll start together in a welcome circle to set the vibe — checking in on our energy, shaking off the day, and doing a few light grounding movements. This moment helps everyone arrive, feel connected, and get ready for what’s ahead.
Mindful Movement Flow
The class kicks into an upbeat, music-driven flow that combines mindful movement, rhythm, and focus. Kids move, stretch, and play in ways that build strength, coordination, and confidence — learning how to tune into their bodies while having fun.
Visualization
A short guided imagination practice tied to the day’s theme of Gratitude + Growth. Kids close their eyes and picture something they’re proud of and something they’re excited to grow into — building focus and emotional awareness.
Breathwork
Simple, science-backed breathing techniques are taught and practiced — tools kids can use anytime they feel stressed, nervous, or need a reset. These breaths help strengthen calm and focus both inside and outside of class.
Reflection & Journaling
Each child receives a printed Zenlings Gratitude + Growth sheet to fill out and take home. With three quick prompts and one fun group activity, kids reflect on what they learned, express gratitude, and identify small ways to keep practicing mindfulness at home.
Closing Ritual
We end with a Zenlings club ritual — one final breath, a group mantra, and a moment to celebrate the energy they brought to class. It’s the kind of ending that feels cool to be part of and leaves everyone walking out a little taller.
