Soy nuevo/a. ¿Voy a sentirme fuera de lugar?

Para nada. Nuestras clases son acogedoras para todos los niveles. Tu guía te acompaña paso a paso a un ritmo cómodo. No hay que "actuar." Solo ven como eres.

¿Qué traigo o qué me pongo?

Ropa cómoda y holgada y una botella de agua. Nosotros proveemos lo demás: tapetes, mantas, cojines y props. Llega 5–10 minutos antes para acomodarte.

¿Cancelaciones o reembolsos?
