Join Jessica for a 60-minute Sacred Slow Flow, a breath-centered practice designed to help you soften, ground, and return to yourself. Through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness, this class invites you to move with presence rather than urgency. Expect a slower-paced flow that supports both the body and the nervous system, creating space for release, reflection, and inner connection. You may leave feeling calm, restored, and more deeply rooted in your own energy. All levels are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Mats and props are provided.
