This experience blends low-impact toning, pilates-inspired mat work, barre elements, and mindful movement to strengthen the arms, abs, glutes, and core while building stability and connection from the inside out. We’ll then transition into grounding breath, deep relaxation, and a meditative sound bath to help the body unwind and the mind soften.
