Unwind, lengthen, and rest in this 60-minute Stretch & Sound Bath experience designed to restore both body and mind. We’ll begin with a gentle, guided stretch sequence to support relaxation, improve mobility, and invite awareness into the body. Movements are accessible for all levels, and focused on opening areas of the body where stress tends to accumulate, like shoulders, hips and spine. As the body softens, you’ll transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath. Immersive tones from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant sounds will wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system and guide you into a meditative state. This portion encourages deep rest, mental clarity, and energetic balance.
